Names and roles are great. Describe the team like you'd describe it to a friend.
3.What's the one thing you do every week that you wish you didn't have to?*
Be specific. Detail matters more than polish.
4.What are your top three pain points in your business or personal life right now?*
What's costing you time, money, or sleep?
5.Where does your team's time actually go each week?*
List the main buckets across the whole business. Rough hours per week, and whose time it is (you, an employee, a vendor).
6.What's one number in your business you know is wrong but can't fix?*
A churn rate, conversion rate, leaking revenue, hours wasted. Pick whichever feels truest.
7.What software do you pay for, and how much do you actually use?*
Main ones only. Cost per month, who uses it, rough % of features used.
8.Have you tried any AI tools? Which ones, what stuck or didn't?*
ChatGPT, Claude, an AI scribe, AI inside something you already pay for — anything counts.
9.If you got 10 hours back every week, what would you do with them?*
Strategy, family, sleep, exercise. No wrong answer.
10.Who's a peer in your industry whose business you admire? What are they doing?*
A specific person if you can. The system, tool, or move you've watched and wanted.
11.Roughly how many hours a week are you typing at your computer?*
Email, Slack, drafts, status updates.
